Purchase terms

Digital delivery

Paid products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Buyers are responsible for entering a working email address at checkout and retaining access to their order receipt or customer account.

Individual-use license

Unless a different license is stated on the product page, one purchase licenses the product to one person for that person's own educational, academic, and research work. The purchaser may adapt the files for their own research and may include resulting tables, figures, and narrative in their own dissertation, thesis, presentation, or publication.

The purchaser may not share, upload, publish, sublicense, resell, or redistribute the editable source files, code, included datasets, or substantially similar derivative templates. A separate license is required for shared laboratory, classroom, institutional, or commercial use.

Refunds

Because digital files are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after the files have been accessed. We will correct or refund duplicate charges and purchases where the original files are materially incomplete or fail to run as documented with the included synthetic example and the problem cannot be resolved through reasonable troubleshooting. Nothing in this policy limits rights required by applicable law.

Send a request within 14 days of purchase to hello@dissertationstatshelper.com and include the order email and a description of the problem. Do not email identifiable or sensitive research data.

Product support and updates

Product support covers access to the purchased files and defects in the unmodified synthetic example. It does not include analysis of a buyer's data, model selection, data cleaning, code customization, interpretation, or dissertation consultation. Product files may be updated, replaced, or corrected. Availability of future major versions is not guaranteed unless explicitly included with the purchase.

Research responsibility

Products are educational and analytical aids. They do not select a defensible model for a particular study and do not replace an advisor, committee, institutional requirement, research ethics obligation, or qualified statistical judgment. Buyers remain responsible for data protection, research design, model specification, interpretation, and reporting.
