Privacy policy
Effective September 23, 2026. Dissertation Stats Helper is a service of Data Analysis & Statistical Solutions (DASS). This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and the services involved.
What you send us
Inquiry form. When you submit the form, the details you enter (your name, email, organization, project stage, and message) are emailed to us through our email provider, Resend, so we can reply. We send you a confirmation email. Your details are not added to any mailing list.
Please don't include identifiable or sensitive research data (participant, patient, or student information) in the form or in email. Neither is a secure transfer method; if we work together, we set up a secure way to share data first.
Purchases
Premium products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles checkout, payment, tax, receipts, and downloads. Your payment details go directly to Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store them. Lemon Squeezy shares order information with us, such as your name, email, and what you bought, so we can deliver the product and provide support.
Booking a call
The “Let's talk” and booking links open Calendly, which handles scheduling under its own privacy policy.
Visiting the site
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking pixels.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which receives standard technical information to deliver pages, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic, such as which pages are visited and where visitors come from. It does not use cookies or build a profile of you.
Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information; see Google Fonts' privacy FAQ.
How we use information
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, deliver and support purchases, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us at the address below.
Children
This site is for graduate students and researchers and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The version on this page is always the current one, and the effective date above will change.
