Nedim Yel.
A statistician, psychometrician, and research partner who believes you should understand every decision behind your analysis.
Dr. Yel brings more than 15 years of applied statistical experience across education, psychology, healthcare, legal research, and technology. His work spans study design, measurement, multilevel modeling, structural equation modeling, randomized trials, and reproducible analysis in R.

Dr. Yel earned his PhD in psychometrics and has served as a Harvard Strategic Data Fellow. He has worked as a statistician, methodologist, researcher, and Co-Principal Investigator on federally and foundation-funded projects.
His experience includes statistical support for a National Science Foundation randomized trial conducted across 22 colleges, Co-PI leadership on an Institute of Education Sciences project focused on sustaining evidence-based practices in schools, healthcare outcomes research with the Boston VA, and large-scale education and access-to-justice studies.
Today, he also works as a Senior Data Scientist building AI products. Across settings, the aim is the same: choose methods that fit the question, make the reasoning transparent, and produce results that hold up to scrutiny.
